Brian Fellhoelter TiBolt Ti Bolt Kickstarter Flashlight Project Collab 4Sevens

Brian Fellhoelter original Kickstarter 100% Titanium - TiBolt Tactical Flashlight (Produced in collaboration with FourSevens). This project was codenamed on kickstarter. ORIGINAL BRIAN FELLHOELTER KICKSTARTER TITANIUM TIBOLT FLASHLIGHT. ABSOLUTELY NOT the lighter (way less awesome) commercially available black aluminum TuffWriter Production Model. This is an original Brian Fellhoelter Bolt Light.

It runs on 2 CR2 batteries, and spits 490 Lumens out the Cree XM-L2 in burst mode! It has 3 standard modes (Low, High, and Strobe) and remembers where you left it, so it turns on in the same mode it was in when you turned it off. (There are also four other modes you can access). A huge difference between this Kickstarter Project light and the black aluminum version is that this light has a'Secret' mode--Cycling to the'secret' modes is done by simply turning the light on and off very quickly, several times, until you get to the mode you are looking for.

Once there, leave the light on for a few seconds, and the setting will be confirmed. The Bolt Action switch is cool, because it allows for both momentary operation, and locked-in mode, all in a more ergonomic and natural movement than the ubiquitous button on the cap.

Couple other notes on this Brian Fellhoelter original'Kickstarter Project' Tactical Flashlight. Flashlight is brand new and never used, carried and was only removed from packaging to make sure it works perfectly. In true BF fashion, does not have any packaging (or instructions for that matter) other than included 2-piece plastic TiBolt signature tube/protector case. This is what Brian said about the technical prowess FourSevens brought to the table in the production of this light: FourSevens brought their engineering specialty to bear and worked within the design envelope to create something really special.

The LED is a CREE XM-L2 outputting well over 490 lumens powered by a couple of lithium CR2 batteries. This is some serious light output when compared to most comparable lights.

Combined with the FourSevens optics and software this means that we were able to create a brighter, longer lasting beam with better heat management and smaller form factor. This is a substantial feature that is available ONLY in the Kickstarter light (taken from Brian's Kickstarter design brief):'Strobe will be moved away from the main configuration, and placed in the'secret' menu. So the standard cycle will just be high, and low.

Many people, myself included, do not like to cycle through the strobe, just to change the output levels. To cycle between high and low, you just momentarily actuate the light, release, and actuate it again. Once you have the output you want, you can either continue holding it in the momentary position, or toggle the bolt over, leaving it'latched' on. The light will remember where it was, and the next time you turn it on, it will come on in the same output mode. High, low, strobe, SOS, beacon, etc...

Cycling to the'secret' modes is done by simply turning the light on and off very quickly, several times, until you get to the mode you are looking for. I guarantee authenticity of this item 100%.
