Shortly after arriving in the city of Arles, in the south of France, Van Gogh became intrigued by the flowering fruit trees that populated the orchards there in the spring of 1888. He began to paint many flowering fruit trees like peach, almond, apricot, and peach.

Orchards in Blossom is dated April 1888 and is thought to depict plum trees in full bloom. This beautiful painting is currently on display at the Scottish National Museum, Edinburgh Vincent Van Gogh is considered one of the most important painters in art history. Inspired by the famous artist, Visconti re-imagined his colors, textures and emotions to create their world famous Van Gogh collection.

Made from natural resin, uniquely mixed to represent the palettes of oil paint Van Gogh used to paint his masterpieces, the pen collection features Visconti's eighteen-faceted design, with the many edges enhancing their vivid colors.
